Govinda Dasa College Library, IQAC and S.R. Hegde jointly organized Pusthaka Preethi Parichaya Competition for PU Students which was held on 10.11.21 , in Kannada, English, Hindi, Sanskrit and Tulu Languages. 39 students participated in this programme. Dr. Indira Hegde, the President of S.R.Hegde Charitable Trust inaugurated this programme. Dr. Jyothi Chelyaru, treasury of SRHCT , Smt. Prashantha B.P, English Lecturer in Karnataka Polytechnic and Prof. Ramesh Kulai, Director Administration of Govinda Dasa College, Dr. Mohandas Bhat, Governing Council member of Govinda Dasa College were chief guest of this programme.
Principal Prof.P.Krishnamurthy gave the presidential speech and Dr. Indira Hegde gave the inaugural speech. Meanwhile Smt. Prashantha B.P donated book shelfs worth Rs. 7000/-
