Prayas Day which is observed by Jayacees every year on the 28th of May.On this occasion JCI of Surathkal in association with Mahila Vedike Govinda Dasa College, Surathkal organised a talk on “Health and Hygiene”with focus on “Menstruation and Hygiene”.
The Resource person was Dr.Anupta Shetty who spoke on Menstruation and menstural cups. Prof Krishnamoorthy principal was the chief guest. JFM Rajeshwari D Shetty welcomed the gathering. Ms Bindya of second BCA and student coordinator was the Master of Ceremony. Mrs Daya Suvarna coordinator of Mahila Vedike was present.
