On 20th July 2022 Army Recruitment Office Mangalore Unit, Mangalore North Constituency and Govinda Dasa College Cordially hosted an information session on Central Government Promising Scheme called “Agnipath”. Principal Prof. P Krishnamurthy presided the function. Dr. Y Bharath Shetty, MLA Mangalore North Constituency was the guest of Honour. Major Sunil Kumar was the resource person of the day. He gave a detailed information about “Agnipath” Scheme. He also explained the process of application, selection, examination as well as a criteria of Eligibility For Agniveer and a common entry for defense field. Corporator Varun Chawta and Shwetha Poojary and other political and local leaders were witnessed the programme. The NSS volunteers and NCC Cadets of our college participated in the session.
