On 23.1.2023, a meeting was orgainsed in Mangalore university with the Dr. Parameshwar – Director Student Welfare Officer , Mangalore university ; Dr. Kishore Kumar – Registrar , Mangalore University , Dr. Kishore Nayak, Ex-DSWO , Mangalore University, Mr. Ravichandra –DSWO Staff ;Prof. Ramesh Bhat S.G , Vice Principal/SWO/Co-ordinator Kalaabdhi , GDC, Surathkal , Ms. Punitha R (Team Manager- Mangalore University) , Lecturer , Govinda Dasa College, Surathkal & all the other participants of various colleges who will be participating in ‘Gulfest-2023’ –A South – East Inter-University Zonal Level Fest, which will be held from 27th -31st January 2023 in Gulbarga University, Kalaburgi.
