Republic  Day was celebrated on 26 th January  2025.Principal of the college Prof. Krishnamoorthy hoisted the flag .All the faculty members and students participated in the program .Capt . Dr. Sudha Shetty  and  physical Director Dr. Prashanth  organized the program.    

Blood Donation Camp was organized by NCC Unit of Govinda Dasa college in association with Red Ribbon Club on November 23rd. 15 NCC cadets donated blood and total 25 units of blood was collected.

Orientation program was organized to first B A students on 12/8/2024 .Prof Hareesh Acharya (Dean of Humanities )  introduced  the college to the new students .He spoke on facilities  and opportunities  available in the college, rules and regulations of the college ,scholarships ,mid- day meals  and many other issues related to the college.
