Introduction:
On the occasion of World Sexual and Reproductive Health Awareness Day, the Internal Quality Assurance Cell of Govinda Dasa College, in collaboration with the Institute of Nursing Science Department, Srinivas University, Mukka, organized a workshop on Sexual and Reproductive Health Awareness. The objective of this event was to educate students on crucial health topics and promote awareness about sexual well-being, menstrual health, and reproductive life.
Session Highlights :
The session was presided over by Prof. Hareesha Acharya P, Principal of Govinda Dasa College, Surathkal. The resource persons were faculties and students from the Institute of Nursing Science Department, Srinivas University, Mukka, who conducted the session through an engaging presentation and role-play activities.
The workshop successfully created awareness among students about critical health issues and emphasized the importance of maintaining good sexual and reproductive health. The initiative by the Institute of Nursing Science Department, Srinivas University, was well-appreciated by the faculty and students of Govinda Dasa College.
