NSS unit of Govinda Dasa College inaugurated the NSS activities for the year 2022-23 in a unique way by organizing a WALKATHON with celebrity with Sudheeksha Kiran Phd research scholar, Mrs.Mangalore 2018, Mrs.India top model 2019 by the beats of the Drum. “Walk towards cleanliness” a street play was organized with the theme of “Jana jaagritige namma prayathna”. The cheif guest for the occasion was Prof. Ramesh Kulai, Director-Administration, Govinda Dasa College. Walkathon commenced from Sharada Peetha, Govinda Dasa College. Principal of the college Prof.P.Krishnamoorthy, NSS programme officer Akshatha V, Vinod Shetty, Fine arts Instructor and senior NSS Volunteer Ravish Devadiga and Charith Suvarna were present. The street plays were organised in four places across the NH-66 towards Surathkal junction. All the NSS Volunteers participated in the same.
