Kargil vijay Diwas is celebrated every year on 26th July in Inda,to observe India’s victory over Pakistan in the Kargil war for ousting Pakistani forces from their occupied positions on the mountain top of Northern Kargil district in Ladakh in 1999.Govindadasa college army wing celebrated Kargil Vijay Diwas on 26th July2024. 25 NCC cadets participated . Prof. Krishnamoorthy P (Principal),Prof Vaman Kamath ,Prof Hareesh Acharya ,Dr.Vijayalakshmi graced the occasion .Capt.Dr.Sudha Shetty (NCC Officer) organised the program.
