The Department of Postgraduate Studies in Commerce, in association with VIRAT, organized a workshop on Employability Skills on 1st January 2025. This workshop was conducted for the benefit of both M.Com and M.Sc. students, aiming to enhance their soft skills. The session featured several activity-based events designed to improve the participants’ employability skills.
The workshop was graced by Smt. Subhadra Rao, Director of D.K. Milk Union, Kulshekar, Mangalore, as the Chief Guest. Mr. Prajwal served as the resource person, delivering key insights and guiding the activities. The programme was presided over by Prof. P. Krishnamoorthy. The event was well-coordinated, with Ms. Vaibhavi of Final M.Com. compering the session seamlessly.
A total of 54 students attended the workshop and benefited from this enriching experience, which provided them with practical knowledge and skills to enhance their professional readiness.
