GKL season – 1 was inaugurated on 19th of April 2025 by Sri Jayachandra Hatwar, president of H.V Sangha Surathkal. The college for the first time held the GKL SEASON 1 . The president of the function was the principal of the college Prof. Hareesh Acharya P. Vice principal Prof Neelappa. V and Physical Education Director Dr Prasanth M.D were present. Prateeksha welcomed the gathering and Thejaswini proposed the vote of thanks.
The valedictory function was held on the same day. The chief Guest of the function Mr Akash Karkera, Founder Tulunada tuluver who gave away the prizes to the winners. Mr Prithiviraj Shetty was also present UUC team bagged the first prize and Trendent Team were the Runners Up. Trishul Acharya got the Best Rider Award and Harshith Suvarna got the Best Defender Award . Manju got the ALL Rounder Award. Mohan M Physical Director , Govinda Dasa P.U College, M. Dhanush and Jagadeesh were the referees. Adithya Kaikamba was the commentator. Sudarshan Krishnapur was the master of the ceremony.
