On August 11th, 2025, the NSS units of Govinda Dasa College, Surathkal, organized a campus cleaning drive with the aim of promoting cleanliness and creating a plastic-free environment.
NSS volunteers actively participated in the drive and did an excellent job in cleaning the campus. They efficiently segregated waste into wet, dry, and plastic categories, helping to manage waste responsibly.
The activity was carried out under the guidance of NSS Programme Officers Mrs. Akshata V and Dr. Bhagyalaxmi M, and was successfully completed with great enthusiasm and teamwork.
The drive not only left the campus cleaner but also raised awareness about sustainability and environmental responsibility among students.
