The NCC Wing and Mahila Vedike of the college jointly organised an “Anti-Drug Awareness” programme on 30 August 2026 to create awareness among students about the harmful effects of drug abuse and the importance of staying away from substance use.
Shri Srikanth Kumar, ACP, North Panambur, and Shri Pramod, Police Inspector, Surathkal Police Station, were the resource persons for the programme.
Principal Prof. Hareesha Acharya presided over the function. NCC Officer Maj. Sudha Shetty, Mahila Vedike Coordinator Smt. Daya Suvarna, and Physical Director Dr. Prashanth coordinated the programme.
