Consumer Forum 2022 was inaugurated on 4th March 2022 at 10.30 a.m at Audio Visual Hall.The inaugurator of the function was Dr.Abbokar Siddiq,Asst Prof University College ,Hampankatta Mangalore.He also delivered talk on consumer protection act 2019.He gave instances where the consumers are cheated.He spoke on the consumer protection act 2019 which has replaced the consumer act of 1986 and has now undergone various changes.
The function was presided by the principal of the college Prof.P.Krishnamoorthy ,Prof.Ramesh.Bhat Vice Principal was also present.The coordinator of the forum Ms.Daya Suvarna was also present.The student coordinator Rama Shree Bhat 2nd B.Sc welcomed the guest and master of ceremony was Shrikant of 2nd B.Sc,the vote of thanks was delivered by sanath kumar of second B.A.
The programme was jointly organised by District Federation of Consumer Organisation(R) ,District Consumer Information Centre Mangalore.
