Mr. A. K Ayya, Former CEO, Asian paints( INTL)delivered a lecture on ‘Kaizen’ to the student of M. Sc chemistry department, Govinda dasa college on 28th March 2024.
He highlighted that Kaizen is a Japanese business philosophy of continuous improvement of working practices and personal efficiency. It is a simple idea to practice any change to get a better results. Under this philosophy everyone in the organization should contribute their ideas or their suggestion.
This lecture was attended by 37 students and 4 staff members.
