The NSS unit of Govinda Dasa College, Surathkal, organized a talk on Social Service Activity in collaboration with Moolathva Foundation Charitable Trust (R), Mangaluru, on December 6, 2023.
Sri. Prakash Moolathva, Founder of Moolathva Foundation Charitable Trust (R), briefed the NSS volunteers on the trust’s social service activities and their importance. He highlighted that the trust has been honoring the best social activist in India for the past eight years. The trust will be hosting the 9th Moolathva Vishwa Award on December 24, 2023, where NSS Secretary Ms. Hitha Umesh has been invited as a guest of honor.
Prof. Krishnamoorthy P., the principal of the college, presided over the event and spoke about the trust’s social activities. NSS Officers Mrs. Akshata V. and Dr. Bhagyalaxmi M. and Mrs. Shynee, Trustee were present, and NSS Secretary Ms. Hitha Umesh narrated the programme.
