In order to identify , nourish  ,sustain  and enhance the talents of Govinda Dasa College, “GDC TALENT HUNT 2019-20” was conducted by  the Fine arts Department. Competitions on various art forms such as Classical, drawing, clay model, photography, collage ,etc was conducted. Best of them will be selected for various Inter-Collegiate competitions.    

Our Western Dance team have successfully cleared the 2nd round auditions of ‘ Dance Kudla Dance’ organised by Namma Kudla Channel , held at Sharadha College, Mangalore on 15.9.2019 and have been selected for Finals.  

Kudos to the Nightingales of Govinda Dasa College, who bagged 1st place & a cash prize of Rs.11,111/- , in an Inter-Collegiate Indian Music Competition- 2019 held at St. Aloysius College , Mangalore on 13.9.2019.

Mangalore University, Mangalagangothri had celebrated their 40th Founder’s Day on 12.09.2019. The Directorate of Student Welfare, Mangalore University had invited all the Winners of Mangalore University level competitions 2019-20 held at various colleges.
