Shri Iddya Mahalingeshwara Temple, Surathkal had organized a cultural programme for its Bhramakalasha on 2.2.2020. Nearly 70 students of PG & UG , Govinda Dasa College, Surathkal  had performed for cultural programme at 8.00.p.m on this occasion.

Around 50 Students of Jarkand had visited South Canara through Youth & Sports dept. for Cultural Exchange. Govinda Dasa College got an opportunity to interact with those students. Our Yakshagana and cultural team had performed programme showcasing our Coastal regional culture on 25.1.2020 At VIRAT Centre.    

GDC Cultural Team rocks once again in KARAVALI UTSAVA Competition 2020 and successfully retains the rolling trophy consecutively 2nd time. Karnataka State Government  had organised State- Level Youth Festival from 3.1.2020 to 5.1.202O in Shimoga . Our cultural team had represented Dakshina Kannada District in various competitions and bagged first place in Skit and are selected for National Level Youth Festival , which will be held at Lucknow.
