The Department of HRD, Alva’s college Moodbidri was organized the Intercollegiate Level HR seminar on the topic “Managing Human Resources at Workplace” on 23rd June 2023.
Students of Department of Commerce and Business Administration, GDC had participated in the seminar and bagged second place in the Best paper presentation competition.

Students were presented paper titled “Human Capital Management Practices on Employee Engagement in Education institutions in and around Surathkal”.
