Department of Commerce & Business Administration organized the programme on ‘Resume Writing’ to the final year students of B.Com and BBA course of GDC.
The Workshop received a good response from the students. The Resource person for the workshop was Ms. Punitha R, Lecturer, GDC Surathkal and was ably supported and guided by Dr. Ganesh Acharya, Coordinator of the programme.
The session commenced with introduction to Resume, importance of building Resume, and guidelines to attend an interview. Ms. Punitha R helped the students to understand do’s and don’ts in a Resume. In addition to this, different sections of a resume that one needs to format and types of format were discussed.
