A session on “Mastering the Art of Interviews : Essential Tips for Success” was organized by Placement Cell on March 3, 2025, in Room No. 5 of Govinda Dasa College, Surathkal. The session was led by Ms.Punitha R, Placement Cell Officer and Lecturer, to guide students in preparing for job interviews. Students from 3rd year BBA, BA, and BSc attended the session. Ms. Punitha shared valuable insights on how to face interviews with confidence. She spoke about the importance of communication skills, body language, and dressing appropriately. She also gave tips on answering common interview questions effectively. She explained how to highlight strengths and handle tricky questions. She also advised students on researching the company before attending an interview. She mentioned that having a clear understanding of the job role and showing enthusiasm can create a good impression. She encouraged students to practice speaking clearly and confidently. The session was interactive, and students got a chance to ask questions. Ms. Punitha answered their doubts and gave useful suggestions. The session helped students understand how to prepare better for job interviews.
