The Department of Post-Graduate Studies in Commerce organized an Orientation Programme for the newly admitted students on September 1, 2025. The session began with a warm welcome by Dr. Ganesh Acharya, Coordinator of PG Studies in Commerce, who extended his greetings to the gathering.
Prof. Hareesha Acharya, Principal of Govinda Dasa College, addressed the students and shared valuable insights to inspire and guide them as they begin their academic journey. The programme commenced with a prayer led by Ms. Damini, invoking the blessings of the Almighty. The proceedings of the day were gracefully compered by Ms. Pavithra.
Towards the end, Ms. Harsharani proposed a heartfelt vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to everyone who contributed to the success of the event.
The programme witnessed the enthusiastic participation of 24 newly admitted students along with 14 second-year M.Com students, marking a memorable beginning to the academic year.
