The Department of Library and the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Govinda Dasa College jointly organized a programme under the Pusthaka Preethi Parichaya Series on 14th October 2025.
As part of the programme, Ms. Ramya G., Student of I B.Sc., presented a thoughtful review of the book Matte Haditu Kogile by A. R. Manikanth. Her insightful analysis captivated the audience and reflected the spirit of literary appreciation promoted by the series.
The programme was graced by the presence of the Principal, Prof. Hareesha Acharya P., who also presented certificates and mementos to the students.
The programme was attended by faculty members Dr. Santhosh Alva, Dr. Vijayalaxmi, Dr. Ashalatha P., Ms. Daya Suvarna, Ms. Akshatha, Mr. Kittu, Ms. Pooja Office Superintendent Mr. Venkappa Moolya, Librarian Dr. Sujatha B., library staff, and a large number of enthusiastic students.
The programme commenced with a warm welcome by Ms. Vijayalaxmi Balachandra Naik, a student of I B.Sc., who also proposed the vote of thanks.
