On 18.1.2022, Inauguration of Students’ Senate & Fine arts Association 2021-22 was held at A.V.Hall at 1.30 p.m . Ms. Mradula , Administrative Officer , H.V.Sanga ® , Surathkal was invited as the Inaugurator of the programme. Ms. Pratheeksha-III B.Com welcomed the gathering .Ms. Deepthi- II BBA introduced the Inaugurator. Ms. Mradula inaugurated the ceremony and praised the Students for their cultural achievements and also inspired the senate members to achieve to a greater height. Prof.Ramesh Kulai , Director –Administrator , GDC , Surathkal created a vision in the minds of the senate to enhance a brand image of GDC through not only achieving ranks but also by participating in cultural, NSS, NCC & Sports activities , because in the modern era overall development students is very essential . In this occasion “GDCs Got Talent 2021-22” Online solo cultural competition for GDC Degree college & “Praavinya 2021-22” , Inter- collegiate Online Solo Cultural Competition at PU level were released . Prof. Ramesh Bhat S.G , Vice – Principal , SWO & Co-ordinator Kalaabdhi initiated the oath & meanwhile Senate members took the oath , to uphold the dignity of the college in front of the gathering .Prof. P, Krishnamoorty , Principal delivered his presidential remarks .
Ms. Punitha R & Ms.Vijayalaxmi , Co-ordinators of Finearts association were present on the dais. Ms. Deepa Baliga – III B.Com mastered the ceremony .The formal function was then followed by the cultural programme by the students
