In Feb 2019 Our Folk Dance team had created the first history by representing India from Mangalore university at South Asian Youth Festival & now we are proud to announce that Govinda Dasa College has created another history by representing Folk Orchestra in 2nd AIU’s International Youth Festival representing Mangalore University at Lovely Professional University , Punjab in association with Association of Indian Universities ,New Delhi from 6.4.2023 to 8.4.2023. Around 22 countries which includes Shri lanka, Bhuthan, Nepal, Zimbabwe , Liberia, Bangladesh etc. Dr. Vijayalaxmi & Ms. Punitha R, Co-ordinators of Finearts association, Govinda Dasa College, Surathkal were appointed as the Team Managers for the team.
