In the celebration of Environment Day, MRPL, in collaboration with the NSS unit of the college, organized a quiz competition on June 4, 2024. MRPL officials, along with NSS unit officers of the college, conducted the competition for the students of GDC.

On 13th June 2024 at 2:30 p.m., Silicon Software Inc., a Mangalore-based company, conducted campus interviews for all final year UG students in the Assembly Hall. A total of 21 B.Com students and 4 BBA students participated in the interview first round of interview process.

On 13th June 2024 at 1:30 p.m., Adverk Technologies Ltd., a company based in Bejai, Mangalore, conducted campus interviews for all final year UG and PG students in the AV hall. A total of 24 B.Com students, 4 BBA students, 5 BA students, and 28 M.Com students participated in the interview process.

The session was held in their respective classroom, providing practical tips and techniques for creating effective resumes.

On 14th June 2024, 2nd-year BBA students presented their Management Accounting assignments in the AV hall. They analyzed various financial ratios of prominent companies and presented their findings in groups. The presentations were held in the presence of Ms. Punitha R, the subject in charge.

On 14th June 2024, an orientation session was held for 3rd-year BBA students at Govinda Dasa College, Surathkal. The session was conducted by Ms. Punitha R from the Department of Commerce & Business Administration. The orientation focused on essential interview skills, covering topics such as preparation, appropriate dress code, and commonly asked interview questions.
