Career Development & Placement Cell and Department of PG studies in Commerce, Govinda Dasa College, Surathkal has organised a workshop on “NET/ SLET Preparation” to all M.Com students and interested faculty members on 15th November, 2024 in the PG Department centre.
Mr. Vijendra Shenoy H ,Assistant Professor in Govt. First Grade College, Hebri, and Ms. Harinakshi ,Assistant Professor in Management Studies ,Technology Enabled Learning, Graphic Era University, Dehradun were the resource person for the workshop.
Mr. Vijendra Shenoy H., Assistant Professor in Govt. First Grade College, Hebri provided a detailed overview of Paper 1 of the NET/KSET and guided students with strategies to answer questions on topics such as research aptitude, teaching methodologies, communication, logical reasoning, reading comprehension, and data interpretation. Ms. Harinakshi, Assistant Professor in Management Studies, Technology Enabled Learning, Graphic Era University, Dehradun, provided a in-depth guidance on paper 2, which is Subject- Specific and focused on strategies for preparing for the management or commerce paper.
Dr. Ganesh Acharya B- Coordinator, P.G. Studies in Commerce, Mrs. Bharathi, Mrs.Harsharani, Mr.Keerthan, Ms.Punitha R, Department of Commerce and Mrs. Akshatha Shetty ,Department of Kannada were also present. Ms. Vaibhavi of Final M.Com. conducted the ceremony. Prithvi and Ms. Varshitha of final M.com. introduced the guests and welcomed the gathering. The session was very fruitful to the students. Total of 47 students both from first and second year were present on that day.
